This tutorial is called ‘Correcting and Enhancing Digital Photographs,’ it involves editing five different photographs. The first photograph, seen below, originally was a Canon proprietary .crw raw file and has been edited to make it brighter, sharper and clearer and been changed to a standard Digital Negative (DNG) file.

This photo of mother and son was edited to bring out shadow and highlight, remove red eye and sharpen the image.

The photo of the farmhouse below has had an extra window added to the end of the building and had a wreath removed from the wall, preserving the vanishing point perspective of the photograph.
The next photo was originally distorted with the columns appearing bowed across the middle, I have corrected the lens barrel distortion.
The final photograph was originally not in focus, I extended the depth of field to make both clear.
